Company

Engineering foundation. Point of intelligence.

OmniLithTech Private Limited builds intelligent systems for infrastructure-scale operators. The two halves of that sentence are the two halves of the mark, and they are also how the company is organised.

The mark

Three ideas, in the order they matter

The identity was designed before the company had a product. It described the method first, which turned out to be the right way round.

The bold mass

Strong engineering foundation

Most of what we build is unglamorous and load-bearing: data pipelines that survive a schedule change at 03:00, integrations that fail closed, models that are re-scored against actuals rather than against their own backtest. The mass of the mark is the mass of the work.

The diagonal cut

Transformation

The cut is where a complex problem gets broken down into something that can actually be engineered. In practice that means refusing to deliver a model on its own: a forecast nobody can act on is an artefact, not a system.

The detached square

Point of intelligence

Small, separate, and the thing that completes the mark. In AeroYield it is the observation that an airport's commercial performance is a function of cohort rather than volume — one idea, which is what makes the rest of the engineering worth doing.

How we work

Operating principles

Five rules that decide arguments internally. They exist because each one has a cheaper, worse alternative that is tempting under deadline.

01
Measure before you claim
Every figure we put in front of a client comes from the client's systems of record. A smaller defensible number beats a larger one that needs a caveat.
02
Read before you write
New software enters a live operational environment read-only. Write access is earned per mechanism, per zone, and always with a rollback path.
03
The forecast is not the product
We ship the orchestration alongside the model or we do not ship. A prediction that no system can act on has no value to an operator.
04
Take the same risk as the operator
Where the outcome can be measured, we price against it. It keeps the roadmap honest about what actually moves revenue rather than what demonstrates well.
05
Understate
Our buyers are procurement-driven and have heard every claim in the category. Precision is more persuasive than enthusiasm, and it survives due diligence.

Careers

We hire people who want the integration problem, not the demo.

Forecasting, data engineering and systems integration into live operational environments. If you have shipped something into an environment that could not be taken offline, we would like to hear from you. PLACEHOLDER: add open roles or a careers inbox address.
